LB Fowler under investigation for steriods

Titans linebacker Ryan Fowler received a letter that he was under investigation by the NFL for steriod use after he was recently implicated by now deceased David Jacobs for being among the group of players that buy the steriods from Jacobs. Although Fowler pleads his innocence about not using drugs, the NFL are still investigating the matter to collect evidence to determine Fowler's innocence or guilt.
