The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms on a contract to re-sign S Vincent Fuller.
“Vinny is a valuable piece of the puzzle for our secondary,” said Titans general manager Mike Reinfeldt. “He has been a solid performer for us at the nickel position and keeping continuity in the secondary group will be beneficial.”
Fuller, the team’s primary nickel back for the past two seasons, has appeared in 50 career games with one start and has notched 93 tackles (73 solo), a sack, two interceptions and 10 passes defensed in four NFL seasons. In 2008, he saw action in all 16 contests and collected a career-high 43 tackles, a forced fumble and four passes defensed.
