Titans sign WR Washington and DT Haye

So far, the Titans are on the right track in free agency. With Nate Washington, it is good move to improve the WR core with the loss of Brandon Jones. With DT Jovan Haye, I don't know much about him, he isn't Albert Haynesworth for sure. It's still a move to improve the DT stock on their roster.
