Pat's passion surpasses his talent. The opposite of 98% of the NBA. Unlike them, he does not find losing acceptable. If I find myself in a dark alley I want Patrick Beverley at my back. And I guarantee EVERY teammate Pat ever had feels the same.

Yeah, he punked CP3. Cheap shot. But which one do you want getting your back?

At his age and his salary, I'm not afraid of Pat going to the Lakers--and them trading their only remaining young talent for him is an admission that LeBron's Lakers are gutless pukes. LeBron and AD are the last remaining Lakers from the Mickey Mouse Bubble "championship" team.


I will always love me some Pat Bev bigtime but at age 34 it'll be hilarious to watch the Lakers pay his brokedown ass just to wave a towel.

Seriously, Bev jaws at everyone and postures a lot. Unless he's seriously cheap shotted someone (*cough*ChrisPaul!*cough*), I don't think a player will have a problem playing alongside him. He falls into the "hate until he's a teammate, then love him!" type of player.

in any competition, there will come a point in time where you're down big, you look at who's on the floor and despair

and then a patrick beverley comes screaming onto the court, getting into the other team's faces, going nuts and then all of a sudden the game is not only fun to play again, but you have that little spark of momentum to get back into the game

he's gonna be impact wherever he goes, even if he spent most of his career annoying any of his soon to be new teammates
