I am completely blind when it comes to the vision to pick out prospects, yet Sengun was being so brazenly overlooked and compared to dinosaur players from 20 years ago, it felt like an inside joke. Well, he moves like he played professional basketball in a couple of past lives. A good win nonetheless but I found myself absorbed by whatever the Rockets are trying to accomplish out there.

Not totally unknown.. Sengun was the MVP of the Turkish League two years ago. Hell of a prospect for the Rockets.

Back to back Wins feel great even if it's against the Rockets. The next game is a pretty good test. I see Powell with a big game to support PG.

Always great to see Clippers win. They need to keep up the improvements and continue to grind out wins.

Rockets record-wise are the worst team in the NBA but that is even more reason to beat them.

Team shot 36% from three and 48% FG , so that is a major improvement from three.

Reggie still shooting poorly but at least he did not take 7 threes.

Clippers sit in 10th place after this win. Keep them coming !

I'd bring him up to my limited circle of friends with basketball knowledge, and they'd look at me like I said Al Jefferson encased in cement should be a lottery pick.

Happy to see Brown have the game we know he’s capable of. That he’s showed in the past. Now let’s see if he can carry it over and build off it.

Well, I kinda know what turned around for us last night. I loved the game from Moses and all, but it was pretty simple. We hit our threes. We were 12-33; that’s 36.4%. We actually shot better than that for the season last year (37.4%), but our perimeter shooting is what has had us losing. Everything has extended back from that. It’s been our biggest issue, IMO.

I didn’t realize how bad it has been until I went back and looked at the boxes. Last night was the second time this year we shot over 33% from the arc—and 33% is trainwreck bad for a team in the 2020s. We missed that mark in 6 out of 7 games. As a team, we were shooting 30% going into the game last night. You can’t win games in the NBA if you shoot 30% from three every night, and that’s what we were doing. It’s a wonder we won three out of seven.
