utah, sacramento, and especially portland - which is helping us separate ourselves away from the play-in picture, and giving us a chance to jump into a top 4 seed, especially with guys getting healthy.

if any time is the time to start getting healthy and to build cohesion, it's gotta be now

At 18-14 and only 2 games out of first, these guys are already heroes.

And BTW, Brian just said our starting lineup is 5-0.

And when Kawhi plays this year we are 10-2 (and that's with a very slow ramp up in minutes and usage...)

Attended my first game of the season. Had a great time.
The Condor made a back to the basket shot and got all of us free Clippers vision and Bally's sports for the season.
The Hornets are a real sorry team. I remember the time when Hayward used to be really good. Lamello is definitely a star.

should add that zion's out for a bit with covid (i assume) and brandon ingram's still not back. hard to imagine a better time than now for the team to start digging in for a top four seed.

with some decent fortune i could see the team securing anywhere from 1-4 in the west.

ya it's close, but kinda fun since our team can more or less make its own destiny

i do think at full strength the top 3 teams in the west are clips/pels/grizz in some order. clips don't have a lot of answers for big time athletes (zion and ja being the main problems), but they're built to handle pretty much anything else you can throw at them so i guess we'll see how it plays out

The Pelicans and Griz still have a lot to prove on the road. Clips have a winning road record even with the injuries and lowering themselves to inferior competition.

I love our roster, but there are other teams to be concerned about when you start thinking about a playoff series.

You have to include the Nuggets in that discussion. They are still trying to get consistency with Murray and Porter Jr coming back after last season. Murray, Gordon and Porter Jr. would be a darn good trio without Jokic.

Until someone takes them out in a playoff series, the Mavs are a force to be reckoned with. Luka is like a young Jordan and LeBron. He has been cutting his teeth on the playoffs for a few years now and can take that leap (especially if he improves his defense). His individual talent and competitiveness just puts him on that Jordan/LeBron level in the playoffs. If Cuban can get Luka his Pippen, then the rest of the league better watch out. Luka has a crap roster around him like a young Lebron.
