From the highlights I've seen, he reminds of Draymond Green with a better jump shot and a lot less negative attitude.

Hes not a basketball savant like draymond. He has better shooting, not the same levl of rebounding or defense. He gets blown by a lot. Draymond is a top 3 defender in the NBA. Draymond is quicker laterally with better handles and passing. Kobe is quicker straght line. Prime Draymond was a beast on the offensive boards.

Give Kobe a season or two and he'll be right there defensively as Draymond was in his prime

Looks the starters played token minutes and will sit now.

The rest are hard to watch right now.

Miller is going to out of the league quick if he doesnt learn how to dribble the ball. He has some of the worst handles I have seen.

Kobe looked good but Miler was not great at all

Preston is going to be playing overseas. I would definitely not renew his contract. Moon earned the 3rd PG position over Preston

I really liked B Thomas s game. I thought he earned a two contract based on his play.

Wallace with another boneheaded play at the end.

I like Miller. He’ll definitely get a 2-way and get reps to improve.

Moon is nice but I feel they’re going with new blood for the bench.

No idea what they decide on with Preston (didn’t show enough) and Diabate (injured/sick to even play).

I thought Thomas, Bowden, and Morgan showed something at times. If only one could get a 2-way I’d lean toward Thomas.

It's the Summer League custom. Gotta reward these ultimate scrubeenies at least a little video to show for being no more than practice players. Otherwise they'll pick other teams.

How much do NBA Summer League players get paid?
The pay isn’t great, but it’s enough for some In-N-Out and a nice beverage at the casino resort pool. And the basketball opportunities abound.

After some extensive digging, it looks like players are paid $1,500 in per diem (at least they were in 2019) for the near-two week event that includes a preseason camp and five games. It works out to about $125 per day, with some team meals included. And there’s no bonus for winning, though the Bulls comped the team a nice steak dinner after their victory in 2016.
