Favorite Clipper

Weird. I like a couple. Some not at all. The rest I can take or leave. All in all, I'd have to say Chris. I liked Corey. Everybody liked Pike.

My favorite is probably Blake Griffin in terms of playing ability and enthusiasm. As a person, it is probably Jamal Crawford- he seems like a genuinely good person.

I also like Kawhi a lot- he lets his play do the talking. He also deserves props for selecting the Clippers over the Lakers and Raptors- I know it hasn't worked out as planned, but he is one of the only high level players to voluntarily select the Clippers- Walton and Baron Davis are the only other 2 that come to mind in terms of free agency.

Sentimentally, my favorite might be Big Government (skip to 2:00):

If you have to factor in overall impact and everything, then I think it's gotta be Blake for me. Kawhi, Lou, Jamal are all up there too. Also, though long forgotten I give Danny Manning credit in terms of being a homegrown cornerstone for awhile (until we traded him.) I also loved LO while he was here.

If PG had just kept the mindset and attitude he was able to finally tap into during the 2021 playoffs, he probably would have been #1 for me (and would still be a Clipper for sure.)

The Clipper fan understands the Book of Exodus better than anyone... what it's like to struggle 40 years in the wilderness... and Genesis.. why Cain went after Abel... So fLakers, look out... we're coming.

And in a similar vein, Sam I Am. Short stay, big impact.

Cassell was definitely one of my favorites- I'll never forget his giant testicles dance in the Suns series!

It was Corey Maggette to me for a long time, but ever since that Utah game 6 in 2021 playoffs It's T-Mann for me.
