Well Denver will be gassed more if they win. If we look at our bench numbers, all our guys are in high positives whereas Denver's bench players are in deep negatives meaning their starters are taking much bigger hit. We can rely on our bench to carry us in one game while the starters get necessary break

For sure.
Jokic was absolutely gassed from the start of the second half.
We need to make him defend. Expend energy both sides of the court.
The problem is the Nuggs have at least 4 players that can hurt us on the scoreboard even if we keep Joker respectable.

The Dunn run is probably over, unfortunately. Still luv Dunn..
Gonna be tough game 7 thats for sure.. won't be surprised on a loss, just no blow out or bad 2nd half please.
I don't think his run is over. Him starting is probably done, he just needs to stay ready. He'll get thrown in the mix again especially if we win game 7 and advance to OKC.

yeah he's definitely not done.
his defense is not just elite, it's reliable. there's tremendous value in that, because even if someone's offense is good, the shooting might not show up.
you know what you're getting with him and even if he shrinks the floor some, he doesn't take bad shots - and he's pretty good at putting the ball on the floor to find better ones.
you of course don't love the feeling you get when he takes a shot, but he's only a bit behind league season average % this series, and his hot april tells you he has a chance to hit just everything if he gets the chance. it's a far cry from when i was literally shouting at the screen "WHY DO THEY LET YOU YOU SHOOT THE BALL" in march.

Ty Lue will need to bring his A+ game too.
I think that is the real X factor. When Harden gets into the mid 20 point range it means he’s aggressive and then becomes a better facilitator. It opens the others up. The games lost are when he scores below 20. The key is not to run him into the ground and have him try to rest bringing the ball up. I would give Norm some ball duty to offset that. 2018 Rockets had the luxury of two elite handlers and he could pace himself. Until of course CP3 went down.

I don't think it's that simple. The Clippers are once again the oldest team in the league. We're relying heavily on guys like Kawhi, Harden, and Batum who are no longer at an age where they can just brush off a grueling 7-game series like it's nothing. We also unfortunately can't ignore how fragile Kawhi is health-wise and all the extra mileage he's now run up by getting dragged to 7 games instead of finishing this in 5 or 6.
Jokic just turned 30 a couple months ago, Murray is 28. Even with the heavy minutes, I still think they'd have more energy against OKC than Kawhi and Harden would. That being said, I'd still expect OKC to beat Denver easily anyway because the Nuggets' roster is so bad outside of those two.

Mainly meant about his shooting.. but yes I do expect him to be featured semi-routinely in the OKC series against SGA.
