Clippers win 95-88. What a roller coaster ride? Thornton gives the best performance of his career with 33 points (13-20FG, 2-4 3FG, 5-5FT) and a huge block to save the game as the Clippers 20 point lead quickly vanished after a big run by the Hawks. We lost the lead but I'm happy we got the win and excited over Thornton's play. Nice collective effort on the offensive end, while the defense was up and down. Going into the game it didn't look too well with Kaman and Maggette out so it's all good. Good Win guys.

Its a shame we gave up our huge lead like we did, but...we won. Now ALL the talk has to be about our guy JUICE-- he is incredible! He just might break Kobe's consecutive 50pt game streak one day...just throwin' it out there. I love watching this guy play...with Livingston tossing crazy passes at him through the air...it's gonna be hot.

I think its important to show some love for Aaron Williams, who was definitely hurting tonight. MK, I saw what you said earlier about him aggravating his wrist, and I love that he stuck out there and contributed to the team. Without Williams, we have zero big men, and he knew it and hung in there. So props to A-Dub!

But....Juice. JUICE BABY!

The Clippers needed this win in the worst way. Despite the 18-2 run by the Hawks. At least the Clips played defense when it matter most. Props to Al Thornton for playing well on the court.

Yeah, he was holding it close to him for awhile after going up for a dunk. I was expecting a time out to take him out but he hung in there and played tough. Much respect to him.

I just got home from the game. What a game and I witnessed Al's coming out game in the second row right behind the basket. My seats were upgraded tonight and what a pefect night to have them upgraded. I saw that Thornton jam on Smith around 10-15 feet in front of me. What a night for Thornton, if he keeps this up he still may contend for ROY and wouldn't that be funny after being snubbed off the Rookie All Star Team. One could only hope.

That was ridiculous. I'm glad you got the opportunity to see it that close. I could feel it as soon as he got the steal. What really made it impressive is that Smoove got a hand on it but Thornton was still able to throw it down. He blew my mind tonight. Everything he put up was going in. It's going to be huge for his confidence. He got into foul trouble against Charlotte, got sick, and responded to both by playing the best game of his career so far. He played his heart tonight.

Damn. I didn't know all that. I give him credit for playing through the pain. Hopefully Kaman will be ready to go on Friday.
