82-80 Blazers win. Wafer was at the line and hit only 1 of 2. Knight inbounded to Maggette who was not able to get a good luck and through up a prayer that went unanswered. Much better performance in the 2nd half but after catching up we were not able to really get over the hump. Portland gave us plenty of opportunities and even missed 3 straight free-throws but we just couldn't pull it out.

after the first half i thought i was doing myself a favor having my satellite receiver out of comission, but it looks like i missed a pretty good game. cudos to corey, getting to the stripe 18 times, making 15 of them with only three turnovers. too bad we got only one signle point collectively from out point guard position. isn't a lack of scoring from the point the reason we essentially traded jared jordan for dan dickau?

You guys clawed your way back into this game. I was very impressed with Thomas. I forgot how he can hit that three as a big man. It honestly could have gone either way. Horrible offense for both teams, but injuries will do that
Here's crossing my fingers that all of the blazers and clippers injuries make a karate kid comeback.
