Well MP that's where my family is from. I moved from Pomona, New York to Agoura Hills, California when I was 11. I loved basketball and I started rooting for the Clippers. My cousin got me interested in RealGM and he posts on the Knick board. So that's about it.

Who is your cousin? As far as being form Pomona, never even been or heard of it. I found it interesting because how many Clipper Fans live in NY going to school. Which state did you like better?

i guess it's easier to be a clippers fan when you live 2,500 miles away from annoying lakers fans.

i plan on moving back out to socal once i get my degree. i can't wait!

Since you're from Vancouver. Did you happen to follow the Grizz when they played there from their early days?

Sure did. It was so exciting in the beginning, with the whole expansion draft and just the fact that the NBA went into Canada. But that quickly changed, because honestly, the team sucked big time when they were here. Too many blunders by the GM (why did they pick Steve Francis, when he said he didn't want to play in Vancouver, and they already had Bibby), bad/bust draft picks, and not to mention that horrendous aqua colored jersey. There just wasn't a whole lot to be excited about on that team, even though it was great having an NBA team. I was only a highschool student back then, but if they were here now, I'd get season tickets for sure, since I can afford them now, work relatively close to the Stadium, and am a much bigger fan of the NBA than I was before.

My cousin's name on here is Brownsville's Finest. Lots of people from the city haven't heard of Pomona or Rockland County. I was actually born in the city and lived there for a little bit and then my family moved me out to Rockland. It's right on the border of New Jersey, and on the western side of the Hudson from Westchester. I currently go to school at Penn State.

I like different things about both places. But I'll take New York over Cali, it's because I have no family in Cali and almost all of them live in the New York area.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

I've heard the stories about Stu Jackson and his screw ups with the franchise. It really didn't make any sense to draft Francis when they already had Bibby at PG. Considering they were a new team on the block. There were several needs that team could've addressed, but for the lack of common sense, they didn't attempt to follow through back then. On their old jerseys. It really was crap and look like someone threw up that garbage.
