Kings beat us 110-98. Fazekas scored a season high 18 points, Maggette had 28, and Brand with 15. We just didn't have it after the first quarter. We have a few days off to rest until we play the Rockets on Sunday.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Kings win 110-98. Bad shooting night by the Clips. They got 21 offensive rebounds but weren't really collecting the 2nd chance points. Didn't hit our free-throws (13-24). We had 17 turnovers but the Kings had 15 so that's not as significant as not being able to hit shots. Thornton had one of his worse games this season with 3-14 shooting and fouling out. If he would have played a bit better we still may not have won but the game would have been a lot closer. EB had 15 points, 9 boards & 2 blocks. He played well. He's been out there with a team where he's only had any kind of chemistry with Maggette & Ross. Everybody else is new so he's got a lot of dynamics to contend with as he returns from the injury. I'm loving how he's still knocking down his shots in the mid-range. Maggette carried quite a bit of the scoring load tonight, the main knock that I have against his performance tonight was some of the lazy passes. Fazekas had 18 points. That's amazing. He does the right things even if it's nowhere near being pretty. The team has 2 days before EB's homecoming so hopefully he'll be able to rest and kick it up a notch. I doubt Thomas will play but hopefully we'll see Mobley back on the court.

Brand looked good, it was nice seeing him out there. The jumpshot was falling as others have said, but do the Clippers expect him to return to form or will he never be as good as he once was. He was not putting the ball on the floor and getting to the basket like he used to (dont even remember him trying) or posting up.
