I would agree with you had the Clippers traded up to get him. But most 2nd rounders don't even stay in the NBA, much less 'contribute instantly'. At least this guy seems to have an NBA body and size.

CDR would've been a great addition and almost certainly would've made Mobley expendable, but alas that isn't the case and we need Cat. On a positive note, I listened to Jordan's interview on 570 and he claims that he was been working diligently on his FTs and that he's dramatically improved and will shoot a much higher percentage next season. I truly hope this is the case...

the pro is the clippers got him in the 2nd round when he was a projected top 10 draft pick earlier in the year.

the con is that he was a projected top 10 draft pick and dropped all the way to the 2nd round.

Return to Los Angeles Clippers
