pretty good read with more info than I thought I would get. It couldn't be just Falk, it had to be Falk plus another. In the article it points to Dunleavy, so I'd like to hear what he has to say about it.

Those two, Falk and Brand, obviously deserve each other.

couldn't elton brand sue him if that was the case? Brand obviously wanted to go to the sixers and no agent is that stupid to not tell their client about an offer. He could get sued easily.
