How about David Lee to LAC

for
Deandre Jordan and LAC 2009#1 pick
That gives you the high quality third big man who hedges you against injury as well. He would work perfectly for you guys because he can play 4 or 5 so he can play with either Camby or Kaman. And if one guy inevitable goes down you have a guy capable of 15-11 if he plays 35+ minutes

I like David Lee and think that he's a nice role player that most teams could use. I really like DJ's potential and I am looking forward to seeing him develop with the bigs that we currently have. I'd rather keep him and develop him on the cheap while Lee will be looking to get paid next summer.

I really like the idea of Deandre learning from two legit bigs in Chris and Marcus.
I hope he's one of those numerous 2nd rounders who we have just stashed and always considered the potential but never seen what they could do...

I like what I've seen from DeAndre. He blocks and rebounds very well, he just needs to work on his offensive game. And I agree if Knicks want Jordan you'd have to add a second round pick to the deal.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

I don't see Lee being able to play the 5 position. This would have been more likely to happen had the Clipper not acquired Camby, but with two years remaining on Camby's contract I don't a trade possibility here.

The problem with trying to trade for Lee is, that we'd have to take on one of their uggly contracts like Randolph's, Curry's, Jeffries or even Jerome "Big Snacks" James.

As i want no part of those 3 snacktastic bigs or the non shooting Jeffries and, of course, neither of their contracts, i just think that there's no way that Lee will ever wear a Clippers uniform.
