Whatever, if Williams is at least able to play 50 games for us, than we shouldn't have problems at that spot, even with him and Baron being injury prone. So looking at it closer, it makes some more sense and we should be fine to start the season. Also, given that we've been close to the cap, he'll probably be pretty cheap as well.

question to the clipper nation: does the clippers have an official forum? i can't seem to find one.

anyway, i will be able to watch jwill games now without buying league pass since i'm from southern california.

^ i don't know how to answer that. Official probably in this sense is the forum that offers the best info when we need it most! (Up to date rumors, injuries, other news...)

From experience, the grizz.com forum was the most active one of all Memphis forums i registered to (Grizz REALGM is among the lowest in terms of posts and posters...) Then at Miami, their heat.com board is pretty much a group of young posters and you really can't learn anything worthwhile from them (Heat REALGM is better, and they have a bunch of "insiders" who are really in the know and who writes good analysis and such)

So our question is, is this the best Clippers forum out there?

I'd have to say clipsnation.com and clipperblog.com are great blogs with up to date rumors, injuries, and other news. Also, clippers.topbuzz.com seem to get news a lot quicker than our beloved clippers realgm forum. They have 2 insiders there that I know of(one takes pictures at staples and the other a sports writer).




PS I like the people and posts at this forum the most, so I like this forum the best!

The activity on Clippers Topbuzz is crazy. You can refresh after 5 mins. and a new topic is up. It's kinda like the Milwaukee or Chicago board here. I wish more posters were on this forum, but still the quality of the posts are great.

^ Nice. Will immediately check out the boards mentioned, especially topbuzz. RealGM has teams with virtually zero posters but it's the overall quality of the entire board that makes it special. Obviously, Clips board (as compared to the more active boards) is at times, a bored board (relatively) but hey, maybe we can rival the Philadelphia and Orlando boards (my favorite non-team board because of the noise there)

Got news what jersey number Jason will use? i assume the #55 isn't retired yet?
