It may add 10 lbs, but Sofo is about 70 lbs too heavy to make an impact as an NBA player.

I guess my sarcasm didn't go over too well on that one

I got it, mk. But I guess you should've used  instead of :nonono:. :D

Sarcasm on the net is tricky business.

I got it MK, even with the blue-sad-shaking-head face. You know what they say about great minds don't you? They recognize sarcasm-- even thru the web.

Sofo is a heart attack waiting to happen, and a case of diabetes may soon follow him if he doesn't change things.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

With all due respect to our fellow board member from Greece-

Greece is to USA, as Sofo is to Dwight Howard.

I would love to see him at least give it a shot with the Clippers, but the comparison to Bosh/Howard combined seems far fetched at the least, and outright delusional at most.

The moment I read about Team USA's dedication to defense, spear-headed by Kobe Bryant, is the moment I knew the USA would finally bring home the Olympic gold again. I had absolutely no doubts (even though Spain did give a great game in the finals.)

What was great about that particular game is that it played out like a big NBA playoff game, tightly contested and determined in the end by the 1 or 2 players that elevated beyond the others. Kobe was awesome (of course there others too on both sides, but Kobe in particular was great.)

Sorry to say, but I think Sofo will become our Frederick Weis (the French guy who Vince Carter teabagged in the 2000 olympics). Weis was drafted in '99 by NY and still hasn't come over. I don't think Sofo ever will. He just seems like he doesn't want to. And so be it, we don't need another Tractor Traylor.

Sofo owned Elton Brand back in Japan 2006 and that's a fact. But what's also a fact is that he is so immature that in the past 5-6 years, not only he didn't develop as a player but he actually became worse. His body control is gone and whenever he gets the ball down the paint to post up, 7 out of 10 times it's an offensive foul or a steal/bad pass. Plus he can't play more than 10-15 minutes. His chances of being a great player have decreased very much and even if I believed in him 3-4 years ago, now I'm 90% sure that all he will become is a good off-the-bench player in Europe. :dontknow:

Edit: PS. Sofoklis I took a quick look at your posts... sorry to say this in English man but you should stop posting around here, you're embarrassing our country.

Difference between Weis and Sofo is that Weis was a 1st round pick, Sofo was a 2nd round pick. Personally I don't want Sofo coming over to our team. If this was like 4 years ago he could have came but now he can stay in Europe. I don't want any part of Sofo unless he dedicates himself to basketball and getting in shape.
