If we would have just limited Charlotte's offensive rebounds we would have won this game.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Re: Game 60: Los Angeles (15-44) VS Charlotte (24-35)
Good effort, but some bad decision down the stretch put this game out of reach. We gave them too many open looks from 3 and allowed too many 2nd chance opportunities. I think that if we could have defended better on either one of those tasks, we could have pulled this game out. Zach had some big plays down the stretch and nearly put us in a good position to win this game. Mike Taylor made a couple of mistakes in last couple of minutes, but overall he played great in the 6th man role. We desperately need EJ back btw.
I read an article on Camby that I can't seem to find right now, but his ear has really been bothering him. He said that doctors have said that this is the worst ear infection that they have ever seen. He had to have it drained multiple times. He said all he can really hear is noise. so it's been hard for him to decipher what people in front of him have been saying. So I really have to give him props for playing through the injury. I hope that the injury heals quickly and that he'll be back to normal soon.

You could hear a Clipper calling for time-out on the last possession. Think it was Taylor. The Clips did not have a timeout so the refs didn't give it to him. Do they just not call it in the NBA if they don't have it? Or is that a technical offense that the ref overlooked. It just brought back shades of Michigan/NC. And that game was lame b/c they gave NC the ball and 2 shots. They changed the rules after that.

Thornton can't be shooting 30 contested off balance 30 footers with 8 seconds still on the clock. Unacceptable! Luckily there was not anything really on the line, besides maybe Coach D's job.

This kind is too common though.

I do think Dunleavy the GM is tanking. There's always some phantom injuries when guys start playing well. Plus some of the things that went on last night were just mind boggling.

Man, I don't know how you stay interested in the Clips. Gotta give you props for that.

Thanks, Illastrate!
Since we're on different time zones, my EAST games are usually done. I'm not going to lie -- I'm not a fan of the Clippers but I do like some of your players 'cause they used to be with the Knicks (Mardy, Zach, Camby and Fred) and I was on the Knicks board saying we should draft DJ (and kept getting ridiculed).
So naturally, it's easy to follow the Clips and stay in tune with those 5 players.
I would like to see those 5 stay on next year and turn it around with/for your squad...but something tells me DUN's gonna do something silly.

the hing is about anking why do it? he starting 5 are locks and the only person that might me moved to the bench but might hurt his game is Al Thorton. Aren't any SF in the draft that warrant starting over Al so any player we get is going to be in the prospect seat or Sixth Man role at best.

You think to get a better shot at breaking the top 3 slots, and using that as leverage to move unwanted players, or making consolidation trades.

When the team record is 15-45, no one should be considered a lock.

Yes but we haven't been able to really have a consistent starting 5 or rotation.
