Clippers lose 106-105. Pacers finished on a 12-2 run to win. :nonono:

Apparently the Clippers didn't make a FG in the last 7 mins! Not gonna win a game like that. As much as we love watching the young guys go-- EJ, Taylor, DJ, Al, etc-- the last minutes of a competitive ball game is where their youth gets in the way. An entertaining game, but disappointing loss.

I agree. We had a couple more opportunities even after that blown dunk. Taylor with a TO, and EJ missing Novak wide open for a jumper at the end of the game.

Those two also represent for me whatever hope there is for the future of the Clippers. Obviously EJ more than DJ, but DJ can be fun to watch.

Oh, and our upcoming lottery pick.

Last time I saw Clips/Pacers at Staples, it was after the brawl, and Fred Jones was our starting SG. We lost by 4 points or something. How is Freddie for you guys?

Tough loss guys. Had us the whole way. On a brighter note, I must say it's a credit to Gordon for showing his offensive talents so soon in his NBA career. It will leave more time to mold other aspects of his game. Nice to see Fred Jones doing well again.

Marcus Camby did not play on Saturday because of a migraine headache and an earache.

The Clippers believe that Camby's migraines are being caused by what an MRI showed to be excessive "fluid in his head." Yes, that's an actual quote. Coach Mike Dunleavy went on to say, cryptically, "We believe it's something that's going to go away." Obviously his status for Tuesday's game is up in the air.

excessive fluid in his head? pretty strange...?

The owner probably spat into his ear during that rant last week.

Yea, he has been playing well. I have been following the clippers since Fred Jones singed with them. I guess you can call me a Fred Jones super fan  Cool to see some other Fred Jones fans.

Clippers' owner Donald Sterling ripped his team in a profanity-filled tirade after Monday's loss to the Spurs, with much of his criticism directed at Al Thornton.

Sterling reportedly called Thornton "the most selfish player I've ever seen," which is interesting, because he's missed just three games this season, while Baron Davis, Chris Kaman and Marcus Camby haven't been around much. An unnamed team source, possibly Ricky Davis, told the Cleveland Plain Dealer, "After that, the guys don't even want to play for him." Both of the Davis boys and Camby sat out Saturday's game, but at least Kaman is finally due back on Tuesday.

I go on "run" early 4th quarter and return in time for the final play. You guys are either Knicks West Coast, in the TANK, or BOTH!

I was watching the game last night but my internet wasn't working. I saw that we were playing well all game until we collapsed in the 4th. My theory is that because of our inexperience out there on the floor the Pacers took advantage of that and were able to pull out the win. I mean all we needed to do was make one more basket or a few more free throws and the game would have been ours. The game was exciting besides the fourth. All this loss means is that we're closer to the draft lottery and we should prepare for next season.

But it would be nice to see a few more wins.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Another loss, another lottery ball? Too bad that this draft is supposedly a weak one.

The end of games is when you need the wiley veteran to step up and make plays. Too bad our's is lazy, a whiner and a quitter. He missed yet another game with a mysterious injury. What a horrible signing.

Return to Los Angeles Clippers
