Also did Kaman really start? Is Camby still injured or did Dunleavy really bench him for Kaman/Z-Bo.. The same Kaman who hasn't played for like 3-4 months.

Someone tell me what was up with that Z-Bo play too. I curious as to what he did that made you guys comment it.

No--you Blew a 19 point lead IN THE 4TH FRIGGIN QUARTER--the Lakers AND Celtics Thank you!....geeeze.

I see Boston fans are coming out of the wood work. They must be nervous about something...

Anyway, I want to give props to the Clippers fans. Not for the fact that their team almost beat the Cavs tonight, but for sticking through with this team. I hope this doesn't come off sounding like I am trolling, I legitimately have respect for the fans of this team.

Anyway, of course I am glad that the Cavs won, but I will say that I think that the Clippers can build off of this game and maybe get a little momentum going down the stretch and for next year.

That was the most incredible final play to a game I've ever seen. Man, i was laughing so hard i couldn't watch any more. Zach Randolph is my new hero!

Great 3 quarters by the team, but the end of the 4th quarter makes me want to throw up. Damn wet spots on the court, Dunleavy's decision to keep a rusty Kaman in during crunch time instead of Camby and then the coup-de-grâce that was Randolph's boneheaded shot from Gordon range with 4-5 seconds left on the clock . :nonono:

Cavs had a 19 point 4th quarter comeback against Boston in 2006. I was at the game and it was ridiculous.

I know it's cliche, but you don't underestimate the heart of a champion. Tonight this team showed me that they have what it takes to overcome adversity and pull out a win.

Play Dunleavy drew out of the time-out took to long to happen, so Gordon panicked and inbounded to Randolph(we had a 20 sec time out left). Zach, also panicked, and jacked up a trey from way behind the 3 point line and airballed.

From my recent memory we have never executed well at the end of the game. I've seen us give up the lead so many times since I've been a fan. I'm mad, I'm upset, I'm disappointed. I really wish that Dunleavy wouldn't have had Kaman out there with like 5 mins to go. Even though we played horrible in the fourth we still had chances to win this game and blew them. I know that this team can play well but not for 48 minutes. It's sad to say and that's one of the reasons why we have only won 15 games at this point in the season.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

lol... Sounds more like a patented Dunleavy play out of a timeout.

That it was. You have a high IQ Marcus Camby you can put in to inbound the ball, instead, the 20 year old rookie gets it? SMH. Even Fred Jones would have been better.

I don't blame Zach, I mean, it was a bad shot, but dude had nowhere else to go. Everyone stood around basically

Kaman made some bad plays, but he should not have been in there (after missing 40 some-odd games) with the game on the line when we have Camby sitting on the bench.

Damn you guys basically gave the game to us. We actually started playing with energy in the 4th and hitting shots while you guys stopped.

But on the bright side you guys add yet another lotto ball for a better chance at Blake Griffen.

I missed the game because of work, but I checked the score a few times on my phone. When I saw we were up...what was it, 17 going into the 3rd, I put my phone down, expecting a win like we got against the Celtics. Instead...yup, a typical game for the Clippers. :noway:

I was at the game sitting behind the Clippers bench and i must say that was a horrible coaching call on Dumbleavy part to put in Kaman in crunch time after missing so many games instead of Camby. I could see the look on Camby's face when Kaman turned the ball over. DISGUST! I went to the autograph signing after to see Camby, and told Marcus that was poor coaching not to put him in the game during those last crucial minutes. He laughed, and said "lets keep that between me and you"

On a side note: I was happy to see section 116ish coming together to chant FI-RE DUN-LEAVY!!!!
I too, shouted some stuff at dumb ass dumbleavy... anyways close one!

Haha, props to you for tellin it like it is to Camby. He laughed cause he knew it was the TRUTH.

I gotta admit though, Dumbleavy's a pretty creative way.......I mean, he finds creative ways to lose each game. Yes, Z-bo took a stupid shot, I don't know what the hell he was thinking. But it shouldn't even have come to that. Dumb's love affair for Kaman and his tragic 4th qtr "let's dump it into kaman everytime for a post up iso" schemes were killin me. A freaking chimpanzee wouldn't have let this game slip away.

And last but not last, I'm sickened over EJ not getting touches in the 4th. He took...get this...ZERO shots. Z-E-R-O!!! I just wanna barf. EJ needs to just flip off Dumbleavy and take the game over. If no one else is gonna do anything, he needs to take control and impose his will on the Cavs. I'm so upset right now.

Typical fourth quarter.
And at this point, you really can't blame the players.
It's the coach's signature move --- find ever-new ways to blow the game's end.
These guys' efforts deserve better. And we fans deserve better, too.

Basically it seemed like when the Cavs decided to start really playing hard on defense, we had no idea what to do. It got to the point where ZBo 20 ft. jumpers was about our best chance to score.

On a slightly different note, I think I can confidently say that LeBron James is absolutely the strongest point guard in the history of basketball. That guy is like a tank crossed with a gazelle- if there's even a small crease when he's within the key, there's a great chance he's going to dunk the ball with authority, pick up the foul, and ping pong your 2 big men to the ground.

No surprise we couldn't coach in the fourth once again.

Return to Los Angeles Clippers
