Baron with a strained calf but stays in the game.

Taylor with the running floater off the glass. He has 35 big ones tonight. Clips lead 137-133.

Al clutch at the line extends our lead back to 4. He then picks up the defensive rebound with 20.9 left in the game.

Harrington got a T in the last game for dunking and tapping the backboard.

Clippers win (140-135) once again in overtime against the Knicks thanks to an Al Harrington technical after a dunk. Mike Smith said that he and Harrington were joking about it before the game, and then he has a repeat performance again tonight. Camby didn't hardly play, but I'm assuming he's hurting and only in the lineup to collect his full bonus. It would be nice for DJ to get some burn as the season winds down. Mike Taylor with the game of his life so far. 35 points off the bench on 70% shooting from the field. I only wish that I got to see more of him and his earlier efforts, but I was able to watch from the boxscore.

This is win number 18. I'd preferably like 5 more wins on the season, but we have to at least get to 20.

I didn't watch this game and it looked like I missed a good one. Looks like Mike Taylor had the game of his life and we beat the Knicks in OT again. Glad that we could pick up a W.

I also can't believe that we scored 140 and we couldn't even score 80 in our two previous games.

Why oh why do you guys play the Knicks like its a game 7 on the NBA finals. Steve Novak and now Mike Taylor for some reason have a vendetta vs the Knicks. Why do the Clips do this man.

Al Harrington wants to be a Clipper so badly.

They've got to replay this game on LA television so everyone can see it --- it really was the most entertaining game I've seen all year.
Fast and furious and full of color and drama.
Taylor more than doubled his previous career high of 15 and got 35 points, but he also got the last crucial rebound of the game and prevented the Knicks from having another go at it. He didn't often let anyone else get hands on the ball, which causes me a bit of concern, a red flag of some kind, but he made an outstanding individual effort.
Zach scored 33, Al 21 and EJ 19. It was a total scoring circus out there.
There were lots of interesting little side stories --- like the time Baron and Al Harrington were jawing and trash talking to each other with great passion as they ran up the floor together, teammates no more.
And Mike Taylor played like a real streetballer, or a Globetrotter. He was literally dribbling rings around the Knicks, and making crazy shots that actually fell. The Knicks announcers said that last year Mike Taylor was playing for the Iowa Stampeders and tonight he was stampeding all over the Knicks.
Wonderful fun, everything after the first quarter, which was rather drab.
And a beautiful win for the Clippers. Finally, a game where they just didn't let up, even into overtime and the very end. Now that's a triumph.

Am I hearing this right, did Harrington get another technical to help us win the game?

He did indeed, and EJ coolly sank the free throw.

Man I'm in San Diego and they didn't broadcast on Prime Time...I can't believe that Harrington won the game for us again. He must have money on these games! How did Mike Taylor have such a good game? Did he just run up and down the court? Anyways, sounds like it was a great game. BTW, Jerry West denies any GM rumors...

KTLA replays weekday games 2-4am. Since it was an overtime game, it'll probably pick up sometime mid-second quarter.

Guess I'll be up late tonight to see this one since I missed the 4th/OT.

That will be pretty nearly perfect. The first quarter was a real drag. The rest of the game was enormous fun, especially for us long-suffering Clippers fans. I recommend that anyone who missed it and can see or tape this replay, try to do that, whichever day it is replayed.

Good game last night! I don't get my team -- not 'cause they lost to you guys, but we do some dumb things in crunch time.

I recorded the game and watched this one late last night. What a show by Mike Taylor! I couldn't believe how on-point the offense was. We gave up a lot of buckets in the crunch, had some bad TOs, but luckily, the Knicks messed up enough to cancel those out. I can't believe Harrington done it again! But I'll take it. The story of the night is definitely the numbers Taylor put up. Good job, rook!

Nate Robinson on Knicks' scouting report of Mike Taylor wrote:“They had him marked as a center so it’s kind of weird. He had a hell of a game. I knew he could dunk and I’ve seen him on SportsCenter a couple of times with a couple of nice dunks. He had 35 [points], seven or eight rebounds, three assists. He can play.”

For those that missed the game, there's a clip of Mike's highlights from last night.

Thanks for the link MK. I've really been pleased with our 3 rookies this season. They have all had stretches where they have played very well. Unfortunately Taylor missed time with this broken hand and the team obviously missed his presence. I had no idea that Taylor did what ever he wanted to against the Knicks. I hope he can develop into that kind of player that we say against the Knicks. Anytime a player is not drafted in the top of the second round and gets playing time, I would consider that player to be a steal.
