Even if the Blazers are going to keep scoring on us we can at least try to take it to the basket and stop shooting all these jumpers

That 18-0 run really did us in, I was happy to see us come back but disappointed that we played so poorly after we lead. It always seems like we can't play good basketball for 48 minutes or to close out a basketball game. It hasn't really happened this season and it's too late to do anything about it. I just hope that we play hard and with pride these last two games because that's all we get until the fall. I am looking forward to summer league but that's totally different.

Did we even get a free throw attempt in the second half?

87-72 Blazers win. Well it was fun for a few minutes at least. Fred Jones wasn't hitting his shot, but he found ways to contribute in other areas of the game. Zach was off most of the night. The game is too easy for Kaman so he looks to make it more of a challenge and goes for the more difficult shots. Skinner had a couple of big plays on the defensive end and showed some effort hitting the boards and getting the putback when we were closing in on them. Gordon was the man. The sad thing is that he could have finished with a much better game, but he wasn't getting the looks after scoring a quick 9 in the first quarter. If he is 4-6 and the rest of the team is like 6 for 24 or something like that, they need to make an effort to get the ball to the guy who is actually making baskets. Oh well.

2 more games left. Utah and Oklahoma City. Apparently D-Will strained an oblique muscle and is day-to-day. So we may end up playing them with him watching from the sidelines. We have yet to lose to Oklahoma City, plus that will be our last game of the season. It would be nice to finish the season with a win before we go on to win the Lottery.

Seems like this team has never really made an effort to give Gordon the ball consistently. I hope with will all change in the near future.

EJ has to demand the ball and just take over. Hopefully he'll do so like Kevin Durant did in his sophomore year - he knew he was the man and just imposed his will on opponents. I'm hoping for that kind of killer instinct from Eric.
