TV Schedule Released

Post#1 » by ejftw » Fri Sep 18, 2009 12:26 am

The Los Angeles Clippers today announced the team’s 2009-10 regular season broadcast schedule.

PRIME TICKET and its sister network, FOX Sports West will regionally telecast a total of 79 regular season and two preseason games during the upcoming season. The remaining three contests not televised on PRIME TICKET will air nationally on TNT, resulting in all 82 regular season Clippers’ games being televised in Los Angeles.

The Clippers national television package includes a total of 13 games scheduled to be televised nationally on TNT (three games), ESPN (five games) and NBA TV (five games).

In it’s 14th season overall as telecast partner - and the first season as the sole television home for the Clippers - PRIME TICKET and FOX Sports West will provide all game telecasts in High Definition (HD). This marks the first complete HD Clippers season for the regional sports network.

Ralph Lawler, the “Voice of the Clippers,” is in his 31st year as the Clippers play-by-play announcer alongside former Clipper Michael Smith, who is in his eighth season providing color analysis. Sideline reporter Dain Blanton begins his first complete season of Clippers basketball and will deliver up-to-the-minute interviews and reports during every game telecast.

PRIME TICKET is the exclusive home of “Clippers Live”, the 30-minute original Clippers show that provides fans with unmatched access to the team. Hosted by PRIME TICKET reporter Michael Eaves, with analysis from former NBA player Don MacLean, “Clippers Live” keeps fans informed and entertained with player interviews, expert analysis and feature stories.

I'm glad that we can have all of our games televised.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

It's about damn time we get all of our games televised. I would get heated when the games wouldn't be on air. Well I guess this is what happens when you draft Blake. :D

I gotta say, today was a good day.

Finally, we have all of our games televised. We even have a couple preseason games. We may even get 3 depending on how the LA Shootout plays out. :D

To those of you who dont have cable or cant afford league pass, you can almost always find a free online stream during game time at www.atdhe.net or justin.tv

I'm confused...will you need the HD package in order to get the FSN HD Channel? Or is it free?

With time warner in the Valley, I got the HD channels for free, I don't think its a package of its own, but you will need certain packages to watch some channels (such as HBO or Versus) but FSN should be included.

Really depends on your service provider. I have DIRECTV so it's an extra 10 bucks for the HD package but it's worth it (so it is SuperFan Sunday Ticket and League Pass). But on Cable or Broadband (ex. FiOS TV) it should be completely free.

I live in the dorms and I've always had the FSN channel, but all of a sudden it was taken out of the package! That's pissing, now does anyone have a suggestion on what's the cheapest plan out of all service including the NBA broadband...that I should get? It sucks I have to pay now but I certainly do not want to miss any of the Clipper games. I know there's a way to stream for free online but I'd rather pay to watch my team than not.

Monday, October 12th @ 7:30PM vs the Dubs
Friday, October 23rd @ 7:30PM vs the Hornets

These are the 2 preseason games that will be televised on Prime Ticket. We may get one on Sunday the 18th, depending on how the LA Shootout plays out (i.e. we play the Lakers).
