Realistically, I'm going to go with 35-47, but it all depends on injuries and the progress of our young players.

I've got 29 wins on the spreadsheet based on the current composition of the team. Some of the players are going to have to make serious upgrades to their games for us to hit 40 wins like so many are predicting, and Griffin will have to play like Duncan's rookie season for any more. 29 wins is all I can justify today.

I can't find a link but Griffin's estimated wins added has been predicted to be similar to Duncan's rookie season by a credible source. I think the Clip can roam around .500 assuming they are healthy. I anticipate good chemistry for the team and I believe the rookies including Blake will have a bigger impact than most expect.

Wow, aside from the loony that is predicting 82 wins, you guys are pretty pessimistic here. With a healthy Griffin, I would think that the Clippers would do much better than .500 and make the playoffs. Good luck this season!

I must be loonier since I'm saying 96-0

I don't think that people are trying to be pessimistic. Most are just predicting numbers that should be attainable. Anything over that is gravy. Each year we do predictions, and many have been very optimistic over the years, but the end result didn't exactly match the predictions. A lot of what happens with the Clippers will fall on the shoulders of Blake Griffin. He has nobody standing in his way on the depth chart this season, so he's going to be expected to do a lot. He's watched things from afar so he may have a better idea than most rookies, but there's nothing like getting in there and doing it yourself. If he has a healthy year and Gordon shows more aggressiveness along with a greater role, then things could end up looking very well for us this year and in the future.

I just want progress.

Thanks for the well wishes.

If healthy for the majority of the season, I'll say 35-47 sounds about right.
