1st Round Pick

Post#1 » by blazersfan96 » Wed Nov 3, 2010 8:17 pm

I'm a blazers fan and i am thinking if you guys as clippers fan would like to make the playoffs or would you want to get in the lottery one more year and pick up one more player who can be a foundation player. Than you could be looking at a core of BG, EG, and maybe Harrison Barnes. That would be a sick team in couple of years of developing that core with good player at center in kamen and a good PG in the rookie you have.

I think it's way too early to tell if we can get Harrison Barnes. 1st I don't believe that we are the worst team in the NBA. 2nd I haven't heard any intentions from Harrison Barnes that he is even leaving North Carolina after his freshman year. I believe that the players at Duke and North Carolina are recruited and intend to be in school or at least a few years.

It would be nice if we wound up with Barnes but I think it's unlikely. I would much rather win than go to the lottery again.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Having the worst record usually isnt a lock to get the top pick. I think the last time that happened was when Dwight was drafted. We're gunna get a lottery pick, hopefully the ping pong balls roll our way again. hehe.
