SoCal NBA - Clippers Survey

Greetings Clippers Fans,

My name is Samuel Lai, and I am a graduate student at the University of California - Irvine. As part of my marketing research class, I have elected to study the habits and preferences of the SoCal NBA market, and specifically, the habits and preferences of the fans of the L.A. Clippers.

As such, I have created a survey that I would like to administer to L.A. Clippers fans via this forum. Of course, it goes without saying that the more respondents I get for this survey, the more relevant and more insightful my final analysis will be.

While I understand that I do not a monetary incentive to offer you for your help in taking my survey, I would be more than happy to share the results of my research with you; which I am almost certain that you, and your fellow forum-mates, would find of interest.

Yes, the survey does include some questions about the 'other team', but I assure you, its for a very good reason (same goes for the length of the survey as well).

I filled it out.

Unless this is some kind of test to test the patience of clippers v lakers fans, the form can definitely be designed better. I know for a fact the the platform used allows answer based segmentation that could help make the form a lot less redundant and provide you with more accurate data.

Another problem I ran into is with the order of the radio buttons. I'm filling it out on the iPad, and the order ends with "strongly disagree" and the last in the list is "disagree". This could make people think that disagree is a stronger negative than strongly disagree just because I'd the order in which they're displayed.

Hope that makes sense. Good luck with your study and I hope you publish your findings on here.
