Game 25: Los Angeles (5-19) VS Orlando (15-8)

Another loss for us, I like how we came back but the early deficit was too much to over come. It sucks that we have 20 losses now and we have a road trip this upcoming week.

Orlando wins 94-85. Griffin has 27, 16 & 5 with 0 turnovers. Gordon has 28 & 8. The rest of the team had 30 points on 12 for 38 shooting (31.6%). We need a 3rd scorer to arise (with Kaman out) and others to step up as well.

I will say that I'm not that disappointed with how tonight's loss played out. We were out of it pretty early, but didn't give up and continued to chip away the Magic's lead. I can respect that. Losing very winnable games at the final tick was doing a number on me. Of course I don't want to get blown out, but I simply hate blowing close games.

Griffin kind of chewing out Cook. I've been hearing that Griffin has been getting on his teammates and has been very verbal lately. Even though he is a rookie, I welcome that behavior. We need someone to stand up and take charge. The sooner he learns and is comfortable in that role, the better.

Clearly Gordon and Griffin are our 2 best players right now. I would welcome them taking charge of the team since no one else has really done so.

Right. They know they are the future of this franchise, just like we do. They need to establish the groundwork right now, and everything else is secondary.
