Emphasizing the need for Baron to "want" to play hard. He said something similar this past off-season also I will try to look it up.

"It's good. We just need to get him motivated to really play. We all know he can play. As long as he stays motivated we know what he can do to help us."

Straight up questioning Baron's motivation twice.

I remember the quote from this summer. I'm glad he's willing to say something. He's no longer a rookie and he's co-starring in leading this team's future. The sad thing is that it even needs to be said. Baron can be so effective if he tried every game and played within himself. He knows what to do and how to do it. When he does it, it's a beautiful thing. He's been better lately, so I'm not trying to diss him for what's going on now, but everyone knows when he's dogging it.

it feels like every team who has a team only meeting suddenly starts playing well. :)
