Jarron Collins signs 2nd 10-Day Contract

Just thought I would put this up. He's done a solid job lately.

The Los Angeles Clippers Saturday signed center Jarron Collins to a second 10-day contract.

Per team policy, terms of the deal were not announced.

A nine-year NBA veteran, Collins has appeared in 22 games with the Clippers this season and is averaging 0.8 points and 0.8 rebounds in 7.0 minutes per game.

The Clippers originally signed Collins on Sept. 27 before waiving him on Jan. 3. Collins was signed to his first 10-day contract on Jan. 5.

The guy hasn't received much playing time, if any, due to Diogu, but he seems to fit right in with the "High Character" movement.

I wonder what we'll do with him when this second 10-day is up. It's sounding like Kaman, Smith and Cook may still be a ways away from returning.
