108-103 Clippers win. 2-0 in preseason. Even though Kobe didn't play, it was still a test. Playing the Lakers twice is enough of a test to better prepare us for the regular season. Rebounding has been a concern. Griffin can rebound, and DJ can as well, but we gave up far too many. The addition of Evans will definitely improve us in that area.

Nice game by the Clippers, you guys definitely will punish a lot of teams. Nice to know that even though Staples is shared by both teams....it's certainly one of the most difficult arenas to win in no matter who who plays.

That was a great test from the start to finish both teams with high energy and drive to win the game. Have to give it up the Lakers played a very strong game.

Nice win. Some things I noticed:

- CP3/Billups only scored a combined 15 points, however had 14 assists with only 2 TO's.
- Griffin/Jordan/Butler made up for lack of backcourt scoring with a combined 60 points.
- Mo Williams was excellent in his 6th man role. Looking like Jason Terry last night.
- Team has 29 assists vs 6 TO's, nearly a 5:1 ast/TO ratio. Brilliant.
- Clips were outrebounded handily 44-27. This is where Reggie Evans will really be useful.
- Once again, Clips come out blazing in the 3rd quarter. It was their biggest weakness in the past, but nice to see 2 straight games where they make a huge 3rd quarter run.
- Lakers offense actually looks smoother without Kobe. The other guys didn't have to defer, stepped up and made this game much more competitive than the first meeting.
