Clippers stocking up on trade assets in the off season?

Post#1 » by mrmiggidude » Thu Nov 1, 2012 12:42 pm

Initially, we must have all been thinking about how they clippers were going to be able to give all of their solid fringe bench/starters enough time on the court. There's Crawford, Green, Billups, Butler, Hill, and Barnes in the SG, SF positions. I didn't think that made much sense, but it has to be a GM move to package them for a some depth in maybe the center position? Maybe even make a big move and try to package them and DeAndre for a better center?

No way that those 6 guys finish the season with the Clippers, right?

I'm not seeing it at all.

-Butler has been great and is a strong chemistry leader that helps keep the younger guys and vets connected. He will be expiring next year but I'm hoping and suspecting he will resign on a cheaper deal and come off the bench that will allow the team to look to improve.

-Hill and Barnes are our defensive enforcers that can play and defend multiple spots so i doubt it.

Crawford,Odom, and Bledsoe are what make our bench so dangerous

Green-Spot filler shooter and he is a best friend of Paul
