not sure if that was even a flop...

as a basketball player, i've had MANY shots like this where an oncoming defender is coming at me where I fell WITHOUT expecting any calls! Reason is because i would rather fall to the ground and cushion my ankles from being sprained in case the defender has his foot under me.

I've sprained my ankles twice because of these dumba$$ defenders not passing through so i don't risk that at all anymore.


But maybe his kick out is what warranted it ;)

i miss the NBA i grew up watching where the likes of Laimbeer, Parrish, Rodman, Oakley, and Mahorns would duke it out amongst each other like hockey enforcers and no flagrants were called.

I am suprised that was the only flop warning from that game.

What else was supposed to happen?


Any player who is determined to have committed a flop during the regular season will be subject to the following:
Violation 1: Warning
Violation 2: $5,000 fine
Violation 3: $10,000 fine
Violation 4: $15,000 fine
Violation 5: $30,000 fine
