This document is specific to California and sorted by county so you just have to look for LA County and get whatever info you need on fatalities due to drunk driving. This doesn't give you specific, solid numbers per se, but it gives you rates per 100,000 so it's quite simple to calculate from there. This only goes up to 2011 but i think that's the latest information they've released.
