Chris is such a good liar. He's know exactly what to say when the mics are in his face. He doesn't think about it? Yeah right. Surely it at least crossed his mind on what his options are if the Clippers don't win a championship. And if he wasn't thinking about it then I'm sure he's thinking about it now.

Hopefully he re-signs in L.A.

i think the whole "a week to evaluate vinny" thing is really about scoping out who is available after the next round of playoffs. i know SVG is being looked at by the bucks but i frankly think we can do better than the other half of dwight saga in orlando. stan tends to throw his players under the bus and we don't need that drama in LAC. that crap is reserved for the LAL.
ehhhhh f it.

tsk tsk tsk

I'll give you a few things that I recall.

Matt Barnes - Team needs to be tougher (included himself in that discussion). The team needs to work on keeping emotions under control. He said he went from a team that got all of the calls (Lakers) to a team that hardly gets calls (Clips). He was proud that the amount of techs he received later on in the season had drastically decreased. Said "we" when talking about the team's future. Paul has already started persuading to stay with the team next year.

Caron Butler - The team didn't meet expectations, but he's enjoyed being a piece of turning the franchise around. He was asked why he chose to come to the Clippers last season. He said that looking at the roster/assets, that he knew it was only a matter of time before they brought in another star to pair with Blake. He essentially says that he knows how the CBA/Salary Cap works, so he knows what kind of moves can and can't be made.

Grant Hill - He was asked about his plans for next season. He's talked about retirement, but says that he talked about retirement 5 years ago as well. He now feels (physically) the best that he's felt all season. Playing sparingly has been helpful. He mentioned with the depth of the team and playing behind Butler and Barnes that he just needed to remain ready whenever his number was called. He would have liked to have played more though. No confirmation of if he'll be back next season or if he'll hang it up.

Chauncey Billups - He feels that he'll be a better player next season and in a better place physically than he was this season coming off of the Achilles injury. He reiterated that he'd rather be an executive than a coach when he begins his post-playing career, but everyone is pushing him to be a coach.

Chauncey looks like a man that doesn't age cause he's been bald for forever.

When he's talking about a big offseason to get back to 100% next season for a big season you believe him, but then you remember his age and I don't know if he can go a whole season healthy.
