CLIPPERS ANNOUNCE 2013-14 BROADCAST SCHEDULEThe Los Angeles Clippers today announced the team's broadcast schedule for the 2013-14 season, highlighted by 73 regional television broadcasts, 29 nationally televised contests and the debut of a new 30-minute weekly show, “Clippers Weekly”.
PRIME TICKET and its sister network, FOX Sports West, will regionally telecast a total of 73 Clippers regular season games and all eight preseason contests during the upcoming season. “The Voice of the Clippers,” Ralph Lawler, returns for his 35th year as the Clippers play-by-play announcer alongside 12-year color analyst and former Clipper player Michael Smith. Returning to the sidelines this season, Kristina Pink will alternate at the reporter position with Mark Rogondino and Kyle Montgomery.
Additionally, PRIME TICKET will again deliver the “Clippers Live: Season Preview Special” debuting after the Clippers vs Jazz preseason game on Wednesday, Oct. 23. And as a new fixture this season, “Clippers Weekly” will take fans behind the scenes to showcase the players’ lives off the court, training regimens and more. The half-hour program will air every Wednesday throughout the regular season, beginning Nov. 6 at 7:00 p.m. PDT following Clippers vs. Magic on PRIME TICKET.
Also coming up this season, PRIME TICKET will debut the following original programs: “Clippers Insider: 2013-14 Clippers Spirit Dance Team,” “Before the Bigs: Jamal Crawford” and “Before the Bigs: Blake Griffin.”
