Well with Gordon no longer available think we may look for a defensive SG or just play Barnes there.

I don't get the hesitation with playing Bullock there.

this kid is too young and too wet behind the ears to mess up.
defend, shoot threes.
kid wont even take more than 3 dribbles at a time on the court.

play him there and Barnes or Granger at the 3.
it makes us longer on the wings and gives this kid confidence going into the playoffs.
who wants him to fill up a playoff roster spot to sit and not do a damn thing.

i want JC off the bench anyway

bullock hasn't really been that impressive. I would rather have willie green start and and JC come off the bench. Willie has also been less than impressive this year, but think a big reason why is because he has such a nebulous role. he played great last year when he was forced into the starting role. pretty sure he shot around 45% from 3 as a starter last year.

I like the idea of keeping Collison & Crawford on the bench to maintain/develop bench chemistry.
Our starters can easily score points so we can simply use a defensive player like Bullock at the 2. This way Granger and Barnes can share the 3 spot giving us decent defense at the 3 for the whole game.

imho he still hasn't got the NBA cob webs out of his system due to the injury and a lack of playing time.

this stretch we have coming up is the perfect time to just throw him into the fire...im dead srs.
all the kid is gonna do is shut his mouth and listen to everything Doc and CP3 says and play as hard as he can.

we get rid of that and this kid actually believes he belongs and i think it could go a long way for us in the playoffs.

I wonder if Rip Hamilton has any interest in playing. In the playoffs last season vs. Miami, he looked like he still had some ability left in the tank

Eddie, Scarito, Hoops Rumors (3/2/14)
The Raymond Brothers client doesn’t want to hook up with any team that wouldn’t allow him to hit free agency this summer, as he’s currently scheduled to do. The Bulls, Clippers and Rockets had apparently been dangling two-year offers (Twitter links), but with the Bulls signing Jimmer Fredette, and with the Clippers’ recent signings of Danny Granger and Glen Davis, it is unknown if they would still have any interest. The Thunder have also been mentioned as a possibility for Gordon’s services.
