the clips are not trading jj. trust me the problems with the team is not him. he is part of the core. I do not see jamal going any where either. he is to old and that window has closed. plus we need him. look up how many sg's have shot their average against the clips. I really do not know the answer but I bet you will be surprised. the clips need a back up pg and very good 3. I just don't see it happing. nobody out there that we could get that would be a game changer. if it was possible it would have been done.

In order to get a dude like say Jeff Green or Wilson Chandler either JJ or JC would have to be in that trade pkg and if I had to choose I'd pick JC over JJ any day of the year.

They should probably keep both JJ and Crawford.

If Farmar continues to struggle, why not have Crawford run the point guard off the bench? I know he doesn't like to play that position as his full time role, but for 10-15 minutes a game it would be a good position for him. He has the handles and passing ability to do it. In fact, I like when Crawford has to play point because it makes him think about passing a lot more.

what team would want a 34 year old sg. it would have to be a contender and they would not trade a starting 3 that would be better than matt. I would love to improve the team but all this trade talk is just that. maybe we might get a pg or a 2nd unit defensive player but I doubt it. I hope I am wrong.

I would rather give that role to JJ. JJ has played PG part time before in his previous teams and done rather well, he has higher basketball IQ or at least better impulse control than trigger happy Jamal. besides, Crawford's time as a PG in Portland was not happy days here up in Oregon.
ehhhhh f it.

You also have to factor in contracts. Jamal is partially guaranteed for next season for $1.5M. A team looking to free up long-term money might take him on for cap flexibility.
