I don't care if this game is close. I want to see large minutes for our bench to build some chemistry with Nate.

It's great to see some of the past players come out and support Ralph. I would have loved to have seen Vaught and Pike, but it's all good.

I still dont get what the point of the jersey was. Just seemed like a cheesy one liner.

During the last draft season, there's was 3 players that I really liked for the Clips. Payne, McGary and McDaniels. 2 of them rose out of our range after being mocked lower earlier in the season. They also ended up being on top teams. It sucked to see McGary on OKC and only improve their front court depth when we were lacking in that area.

Payne ended up in the east so it wasn't as bad that he ended up on a solid team. Maybe a little too solid for him to get playing time though. I'm glad that Payne is getting an opportunity in Minnesota. He's an older rookie, but so was Taj Gibson. I like some of their young pieces and will enjoy watching them progress as players. Garnett can really help guys like Dieng, Payne and even some of the smaller players through his experience and wisdom.

they want Ralph's jersey retired but didn't have one so they had to give him one first before they retire that jersey.

am I the only one to think it was a mistake from the get go to sign Nate? he is a poor man's Jamal when he was 100% healthy and he isn't even that anymore.

Things I Heard During the Telecast

- Clippers traded a first-round pick back in the late 70's that eventually was used to select Charles Barkley
- Ralph in defending Austin Rivers basically took a shot at Jordan Farmar by saying Rivers was better than whoever the Clippers had before
- Robinson gives us another dimension (speed) but has inclination towards chucking as I've counted at least two times he would throw up a bad shot even though he was out of gas; Mike Smith basically said that he's a nice energy option but not a true PG and it's clear why he has bounced around lately

Its only a 10-day so we'll see what happens idk. If anything he could be a pretty good cheerleader off the bench

I was so tired last night that I wound up falling asleep. The time change did that to me. Glad that we were able to win last night. I'll watch the highlights later.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

yeah. i didn't really know about payne but i was quite surprised we didn't get mcgary.

i guess knowing what i know now about doc and his insistence on drafting wings he doesn't want to play, it all makes sense!

I think the real reason Doc signed Nate was to prove to Chris Paul than even the littlest guy can get past the second round. Paul has lost three 2nd rounds in his career, and the lingering Game 5 collapse has hurt his pride and compromised his ability to perform in the clutch. Robinson is smaller than Paul, but his heart has always been huge. It's a morale booster - hopefully, Paul can learn some things from Nate.

We might even have true small ball when Doc trots out a three, or even four-guard lineup with Paul-Robinson-Redick-Crawford and either Griffin or Jordan as their lone big. I think that lineup will be a record combined height.

laughed hard at the part in bold and didn't read a word after.
