Damn.

Wanted to go into the 4th with that lead.
Come on boys. Nut up and give them their 1st loss on their home floor.

How good are 3rd chance points. Spurs are just going to keep missing until they eventually get it in because we can't grab a board.

Stop playing Austin Rivers tonight. Aside from the 3-pointer, he keeps doing something wrong every time I look over. He keeps stepping out of bounds on the sideline whenever he sets up for a 3-point shot.

my friend, don't you know? crawford is our SF stopper.

from lebron to KD and now to kawhi, he does it all. and for long stretches of game.

Just doesn't make sense why Doc thought having the Jamal on Leonard matchup would be beneficial in any way

The heckler screamed "JJ you're not that good, that's why you all lost by 43 last time" or something like that, lol. This guy is funny.

honestly i don't know if it makes me a bad fan but this team has been borderline unwatchable for the past few games. the bench is atrocious, jeff green sucks, doc is letting jamal do whatever the hell he wants, and lots of the things that went right for us are things the team just doesn't do anymore. there is no discipline off the bench and that is just a killer.

and it's troubling because blake can fix some of these things. he can't fix all of them. he can't fix the hole in jamal's brain or the one in doc's either.

I really hope Blake is actually coing back. At some point in time you start feeling bad for CP who works so hard on the floor and carries the team and then everything is lost either offensively or defensively or on both ends.

Failure to Launch

Tonight's effort by CP3's teammates seems to be encapsulated by this play by Austin Rivers:

I don't think the Clippers care anymore. They know that whoever claims the 4th seed will do battle with the Golden State Warriors in the 2nd round, and the Clippers are in that unlucky spot. The Clippers just know, in the bottom part of their minds, they're going to lose to Golden State. They're harder, better, faster and stronger than the Clippers. The Warriors are invincible - nobody can defeat them... and it's their fault for giving Golden State such a historical season by simply neglecting to take them seriously in the 2012-13 season. The Clippers are shrugging their shoulders and rhetorically asking with disbelief, "What's the point."

This is the kind of attitude and behavior that is plain and simply unacceptable as a contending team and as a professional basketball team.

I wouldn't be surprised if Chris Paul demanded a trade to the Cleveland Cavaliers to be with his friend LeBron James. Or the opposite, which would trigger a LeBron James for Blake Griffin sign-and-trade.

I hate having a GM that doesnt play the long game.
Fine…it would be cool if in playing the short (win now) game, he was any good at it.

just LMAO at Geoff Green.
wake me up from this nightmare.

news flash!!!! jamal does not guard anyone. along with green and wes the defense of this team has gone south. have to agree with nick. it is getting hard to watch and I also feel for cp3 and jj. they give so much with little to show for it sometimes. it also is troubling to see them go away from trying to get jj shots and let green or luc take 3's. I realize that is what the other team wants but you must work harder to get the better shooter the ball. i put this on doc. the discipline of these guys is off the chart horrible.
