Week 20 Star Players of the Week

The Clippers were tied for the 3rd best record in the league (3-1) over the last week. The Clippers began with a home victory over Dallas (1-2). The Clippers then split a 2-game road trip with a loss in Utah (3-0) and a win in Sacramento (0-3). The Clippers capped off the week with Sunday Matinee massacre over the Knicks (1-2) at home. The Clippers are currently tied with the Spurs in the loss column, but a game advantage in the win column slots them in the 7th seed in the West. LAC owns a 3.5 game advantage (5W, 2L) over the Kings with the H2H tiebreaker.

In the upcoming week, the Clippers will face off against the Lakers on Monday in match-up with fairly significant playoff implications. A win gives the Clippers a 2-1 series lead and a 6-game cushion. A loss keeps the Lakers postseason hopes alive. The next game will be against OKC at STAPLES on Friday. The Clippers should be able to get in a couple of good practice days with the light workload this week.
