Its funny that on the general board I see people call the Clippers stacked or the deepest team in the NBA. I do not agree with that at all but its still nice to read. Last night they basically played a 8-9 man rotation that is more like the playoffs.
My eyes glaze over when reading alternative stat (not advanced stat) narratives that go many paragraphs long. If you can not make your point in 2 paragraphs it may not be a great point. :D

6 pts, 6 rebs, 5 assists at halftime

half a triple double, LOL

He’s really not two of his buckets he took so long to load up he should of been blocked. He’s not even trying to rotate on the attack and he’s not stepping up to set screens

14pts-11rebs-5assists-
team best plus+11

:dontknow:

I thought he did pretty good

Rebounds were nice and lot of the scoring came late off the iso but Harrell under 50% and movements have looked slower as of late. Good he was able to take advantage of the game slowing down but something still seems wrong. Also not liking Doc going Gortat treatment with Zubac

This made me laugh. I think this team is well bonded. No divas at all which I love!

You might be onto something about Harrell's health. But we're off until Friday so we'll see.

As for Zubac, he was the only Clipper in the minus except Shai, who was minus-1. I like him and he's no Gortat, but he's no Harrell either. Harrell was a team-best plus+11. His 34 minutes were a little heavy but they also have 3 days off now.

Yes, it might have been good to give Trezz a blow in the 4th, but this took the shape of our last 3 wins, where Doc chose not to hand over a lead to Zubac to protect. We were up by 5 when Trezz came in with 5:30 left in the 3rd, and the lead inched out to 7-10, which we held fairly comfortably all the way home. The Lakers didn't really get a sniff, and died like the dogs they are.

I wanted this team to tank and miss the playoffs, but I am happy they’re continuing to win. F the Lakers!

if we continue to win the season series every year for the next 25 years, we'll tie them in all time H2H. :)

But hey I prefer to live in present and not in the past. In my book beating lakers at least 3 times a year is part of what makes a successful season.

Its interesting that on the general board there is a view that the Clippers team is better but they talk about Lebron, Kuzma, Ingram, etc like they are better than any Clippers. If their individual players are so much better than why do they get beat?

It's probably because their core young players are rated higher for their potential. They have a toxic environment for developing young players that has only been excaberated by an incompetent management and a farewell tour LeBron. Russell is the biggest example of how they give up on their players too soon. I wish we could get Ingram at a low cost somehow. Magic seems to like selling low or just giving their good players away for free. The Zubac for muscala trade is just the latest debacle that shows the Lakers have no idea what they're doing.

I think dumping Randle was a mistake. In regards to Ingram he is having a good season. Why is his PER rating always so low?

I do not think the Clippers players get a lot of credit but Gallo-Lou-Trez deserve a bunch. That "big 3" have had a very strong season. If they could get 1-2 more guys to step up consistently they could shock some folks. SGA has had some moments. Shamet has as well. Hopefully someone will step up to make the Clippers big 3 a big 4 or big 5.

Those three have had a heck of a season... That must be one of the best "value" big 3's ever. Lou-Trez pick and roll has pretty much been perfected, and Gallo is having a career year... Hopefully we'll be rolling out a big 4 with Gallo-Lou-Trez-Kawhi next year
