Lets assume Kawhi is 100% on board, Kyrie is bolting from BOS to NYK, and KD is very interested in joining LAC, but ONLY if the team has a deal to get AD. KD is willing to wait for the Logo to get a trade package together for AD before joining, but if AD goes elsewhere then KD will stay in GSW (or NYK if they put a deal together to get AD, thus forming their own big 3 of KD, AD, Kyrie).

Ainge in a Kyrie bolting scenario is 100% unwilling to part with Tatum. Lets assume NYK doesnt get a top #1 pick, thus doesnt have a slam dunk offer on the table (Zion trumps any potential deal other than Tatum + Brown + MEM FRP + SAC FRP package).

Assume GSW is 100% on board with a S&T KD for Gallo move, to get the best piece they can if KD doesnt want to stay.

Dont know for sure what BOS and NYK is offering, but id hazard a guess of Brown + S&T Rozier or Smart + Yabusele + Ojeleye + MEM FRP + LAC FRP, and a #2-4 pick + Ntilikina + Knox + DSJ + 1 or 2 future DAL FRPs packages. NOP approaches the Logo after having weighed all their offers from others and have requested.
