This squad is to going to be real fun to watch.

Right on, bro. Only 7 turnovers!? These kids were cool as cucumbers in front of a delirious GSW home opener crowd. After falling behind by 19. With Steph shooting the lights out. With cooler-than-cool vets Batum and Ibaka sidelined.

I had fun.

While the game was close and I did have fun, the team, in all too familiar fashion, came out flat and fell behind, THEN woke up and gave em what for. While it's exciting, is it ok?

If falling behind like this was consistent, namely with a fully healthy squad sans Kawhi, then it will def be a concern and not okay. The start of the game was just everything going right for our opponents and I'd be shocked if that happens more than a Handful more times the rest of the season.

Yeah, we didn’t come out poorly. The other team was just on fire and, unfortunately for us, that team features Steph Curry. When you have a historically great shooter on one of his hottest nights/quarters—not a lot you can do. Dude had 25 points on 9 shots in the first quarter.

I agree about needing scoring from Luke—but, to give him credit, the threat of his scoring was pretty effective (leading to the team leading +19). Reggie was the biggest problem—although I‘ll give him a pass for overall hustle. He tried to play well; he just shot like garbage. Tough game to start with, but we looked okay … for a game 1.
