we said that after the meltdown against Houston few year ago. We all did.

That series will forever haunt us, but this is a different team.

Different team, same coach, same results.

Ouch that loss was brutal. Lou should not have been out there at the end.

That series will forever haunt us, but this is a different team. This team has much better tools defensively, so that is an advantage, but of course one always wants an up 3-1 series to end in game 5. On to the next one.

Come on.

It's not just the L.
It's the way we lost too.

It felt all too reminiscent. It would be better to get beat wire to wire, hit the showers, come back and try to be better Sunday.

This stings. I truly wonder if we will have the right mental on Sunday.

Doc will go to the podium and invoke some more activism quotes and the media will drool all over him. This guy is the best snake oil salesmen ever.

We got the best player in the NBA. We have a chance to finish this out sunday. Doc can't make the same mistake twice. Should we win and close out this series, Doc cannot afford to do this against Lebron james. Lebron james is a cerebral assassin. He will hunt the switches out and exploit it all game. The loss is on doc, but I just hope we get it done on sunday. I really thought the energy of our team was great all night and that subs took us out of the game.

I wasn't worried when they cut into the lead. I figured doc would sub zu back in with leonard. He did not do that for a couple of possession than finally conceded to do so.

Zu was bad this game though. That's why I said we got nothing from him, Green or Trezz. If Zu has a normal game, we close this out tonight. But again, we've seen this team come back mad and focused after losses and I expect nothing different Sunday.

Of course Doc blames the players. Seven years and not once has he ever held himself accountable for the team's failures. Get ready for Trez to play big minutes AGAIN in Game 6, because Doc is never wrong, just ask him.

If we win today, our next game would be against Bron and AD.

We should be some what beyond something like losing our discipline. It can happen. But we're better than the Nuggets and they shouldn't be putting us in a position to lose our discipline.

Meh. Same old bleat. The Nugs got back into it by hitting 3 after 3 after 3, and then we missed ours. Whoever was playing center had nothing to do with it.

The Nugs went out and won this one. You tip your hat and move on.

Imagine being this much of an apologist for the worst coach in sports. Doc is about to add a THIRD blown 3-1 lead to his resume and you're still defending him.

Actual Clipper fans deserve better.

I have to agree with you. the team played well. The team did well. the effort was there. The rotations and substutions were bad. He gets carried away with trezz. If this isn't corrected, there's no way we can win the conference finals or finals. He needs to get off trezz This is an easy win if zubac played more.

I'm still confident we can win this series. I'm just afraid of the implications for the next series and beyond.

Best friends when we lose and at each other's throats when we win.

Denver won because they shot 44% from 3 and even better than that down the stretch. It had nothing to do with who was playing center or who the coach is. The Nugs played amazing and earned the win.

Bron is balling right now but also there's no defense whatsoever coming from Houston. No bigs, no rebounding, no rim protection, no second chance buckets, No contested shots, no blocked shots, they won't shoot mid range shots- just threes, etc.

-I can't believe this **** tho. I don't even want to watch the next game. I haven't seen Lou Will make a legit jumper in like three straight games now. And to the dismay of some I kinda want to see if Noah ahead of Trez in the lineup and see if he can give us something. I don't care about big stats or who looks pretty out there I just want to see us advance for Chr*st sake!! Put a body on these guys. Why is Milsap going off on us? Get a body on these guys and call a timeout when needed. Cut Lou Will's minutes and let Pat play D. Drive to the basket instead of taking long jumpers every possession. Lets Go!!!

Just out of curiosity, what are you going to say when Doc finishes choking this series away?

Zu was bad but he was better than to let trezz bleed into the lead imo. This is a game where kawhi and zu should have played close to 40 mins almost together. kawhi got 40 but should have came in earlier. Zu got 32.

Luckily ther's really no one that remains from the lob city team. I'm confident they can win the series. I'm just concern about the coaching for the WCF. I thought maybe doc was turning a new leaf and was going to make timely adjustments. He didn't.

I'm not sure I've ever seen any fan of any team whine half as much as you about every single loss lol

If they aren't right mentally on Sunday, they don't deserve to be a contender, simple. Luckily this team has no flashbacks of what happened to the other team, I'll wait and see what happens on Sunday. Given up 38 points in the 4th was tragic though.

Oh I'm not at anyones throat. I'm not saying the series is over or that the clippers will squander a 3-1 lead. I don't believe that. We have Kawhi leonard, the best player in the NBA. The loss sucks but I'm still enjoying the journey. That being said, I put the loss on doc but I expect the whole team including the coaching staff to be better next game.

I only have concern about the lakers. The lakers won't let up if we do this. Neither will the ECF coaches imo. But lakers have the highest IQ player. We can't continue to ride out substitutions that don't work. This was an elimination game. Its ok if we try diff things if we see the lead being cut in.

This isn't Lob City.

We literally went from 13 point lead to down off the center switch. We were up 4 when Kawhi came back into the game and down 6 by the time Zu came back in
