Mann is finding success as Rondo's wingman--when needed. Don't ask more than he can do. Reggie will never be a star but has almost 300 NBA starts and is playing the best ball of his career. Bev has been benched--Mann is getting the 4th guard minutes.

Mann's got a much better ceiling and value, considering his contract and age over anyone else on our roster. it is only logical that we invest playing time to a kid who may already be an equal value of a player today over an expensive vet who is giving less each passing day.
