At this point, regardless of matchup, expecting Doc to play Zu big minutes is like expecting Kyle Shanahan to run the ball in the Super Bowl.

I think that there's also a bit of a misconception as to how George plays / impacts games. Very good player, but I think sometimes some of our fans might have thought he did more than he does. George is playing fewer minutes this season and turnovers have been a problem (though also increased assist rate and playmaking role), but per possession he's producing the exact same as last season on basically the same scoring efficiency and basically the same game to game variance. If one thought he was a superstar with his play last season, then one would have to believe the same this season unless we want to decide that we misjudged him.

I think he is a superstar but more of the Anthony davis variety. A clear number two. I don't believe he's at his best right now. It's going to take time and chemistry. He's not a floor raiser like Leonard but he definitely makes the team better.
