Such a shame no time frame for Serge. I know back injuries are no joke but did he hurt it that bad? I didn't watch the game he got injured.

Batum is getting crushed defensively and doing nothing offensively.

Yuta looks fantastic. We should go for him in FA

Cousins has been interesting to me, his last 5 games, 16.4 mpg, 12/8/55% FG (2.2 turnovers, but that's always been a problem for him). Obviously as a former star player, he has skills, he certainly looks like a guy the team can find usefulness for in the post-season, especially with Ibaka who still has no return timeline.

Well he's looking fantastic against us and that's all I'm concerned with..

Kawhi and Bev 3/4 speed

Batum-Cousins-Rondo-Mann is not working again [minus-7 or so]

ADD: Ty pulls the plug on that combo

ADD+1: Clips tie it at 42 BOOM

Very concerned with Rondo Mann Bev dynamic.

Looked to me like they were icing out Tmann when he wanted the ball a few times. Bev has a history of this w JLin in Houston so let's just have them all play together if it's an issue

Nice block and dunk sequence

Defense is going to be the tougher part for Cousins for sure, when you stay on the floor longer, teams are going to start to look for way to exploit you, and that might be what gets him off the court.

Rondo is fairly ball dominant in terms of running the offense, not necessarily saying that in a bad way, but this has displaced Mann in a sense as a ball handler with the unit, and they seemed to be aiming to go to Cousins a lot.

Which makes it even more baffling to have him, Bev and T-Mann all together.

T-Mann didn't shoot it at all in the 6 minutes he was in. That's unacceptable.

I'm also saying total inference, but it doesn't surprise me if they are threatened about him taking some of their minutes.. particularly Bev who has a history of actions like that and just coming off injury. Just spec though, hopefully it's not an issue going forward but it left me shaking my head.

---
Defense is the issue. And lineups. WE're playing great then they just go on hot runs bc of the lineup situations we have.

Shoutout to Marcus Morris for keeping us in the game!!

Not a good run for the first half. Again the bench choked up a lead and sizable hole but the starters can’t get it back. This will take time

Raptors played a little more defense first, they threw out some unseen lineup combinations. Clippers need to come out strong in the 3rd and make the Raptors play from a bit behind. While Lowry played in that one, they did just beat the struggling Lakers, and Siakam might still be feeling good from the 39 he dropped on them.

To me it looked like Kawhi was going half speed, not sure if he's saving for playoffs or the Raptors defense on him

There's something going on with this team, and I'm pretty damn sure it's the leadership. We better step it the **** up to start the 3rd or this game's going to be over quick..

down 6 at the half
not bad

effort is satisfactory

waaaaaaaaaaaaay out of sync, maybe even worse than last year
these combinations are strangers to each other
we HAVE no rotation

brand new team AGAIN this year with 6 1/2 games now to get it right

I don't sense any urgency or energy from the Clippers at all. Same issue whenever they get multiple days off, it's like they are playing hungover and rusty. All of the hustle and energy is coming from the Raptors.

Kawhi does his own 'load management' even when he plays lol

I look for him to turn on the jets for the W in 4th

It's just mindblowing how quickly this team has regressed to the point where even winning a game feels impossible. Lue has obviously lost the team.

I'm beginning to doubt any coach Doc or Lue or otherwise could get buy in from this particular group of players. Just an awful mix of unwarranted ego's and lack of true leaders.

A player like CP3 would have been perfect for this team.

Rondo is not a leader. He's an incredibly gifted player and one the smartest PG's in the league today, but he is not a leader.

CP3 has his own ego problems and tends to wear out his welcome in the locker room once the honeymoon period wears off.
