what i can't quite figure out is what his game is projecting to be. cause right now he kinda doesn't do anything except score, and it feels like he's moving around the court and has defensive instincts/mobility/IQ. but you look at his box score and you're like, does he ever rebound or pass?

Possibly our 2nd most exciting rookie ever behind Blake.

He definitely has more to offer but right now the Clippers just need him to score. I'm at the game and he's been very active on defense, got a couple of steals, boxes out well and quietly does a lot of little things that don't show in the boxscore. Like I said, seeing him in person, the kid is really impressive

That was one hell of a shot. I swear, Boston doesn't even look like a rookie at times. Lue needs to keep feeding him minutes.

right i agree with all that, and i think it was kinda apparent watching him even in SL. he just moves around naturally and does a buncha little things that you're like "oh yeah that was really smart, there's plenty of multi-year vets who won't even do those things"

just a natural baller.

Watch closely as he's playing some pretty good defense as well. Has a couple of steals, one for the fastbreak dunk and a few rebounds. He's not a one trick pony even at 20 years of age

What's crazy is that he already has a deeper offensive arsenal in his bag as compared to Tatum

BB's seeing the whole floor but BOS is on a West Coast swing, a bit bleary-eyed after getting smoked by the Lakers and now in slow motion. Not to take anything away from BB. He crushing it, obviously the best player on the floor tonight.

well, he literally has zero rebounds lol. and i think he reaches a little too much but even then they weren't the worst reaches. his defense is much better than i would have expected for a rookie, and i'm not talking about the steals either. just in the right spots at the right times, and never really looks lost.
