I'd be really surprised if we picked up Hardaway, he makes too much money for too long for a redundant position for us.

Why does it seem like the Suns are just picking up free depth here? They got Holiday for cash, lol

Other GM's must like James Jones

Welp, guess we're stuck with no point guards (unless Dragic is both willing to sign here and not washed up) and nobody who can get a rebound. I'm very worried about the rest of this season.

Beat writers confirm no other deals for the Clippers.

They must be confident in the buyout market.

Jerry West just yesterday said he hoped they’d get another player to help going into next season. I wonder what the Clippers tried because Hood, Ojeyele, and Coffey (if converted) ain’t it.

Between any Dragic/Schroder post-buyout additions... and Coffey converting... we've got some waiving to do?

Kanter was just waived, and we know the only thing he does is rebound, so upon waiving Semi, I wouldn't be shocked if we snag him up

Had no idea Rodney Hood is still in the league. But yea I will be surprised we keep him and Ojele or whatever his name is.

I guess T-Mann is not tradeable yet? Really wanna see him gone before the deadline today.

It's Time To P-P, P-P, P-P-P, P-P PUNT!

(For all the Yu-Gi-Oh! fans)

So much for Raptors West. Ibaka traded to the defending champions, so we could be seeing a Bucks repeat.

Getting Ojeyele and Hood is very weird. A dual forward who can play center, and a guard-ward (shooting guard/small forward hybrid) who played for Lue before (2018-19 Cavaliers). Neither of them are great assist men; career 1.8 APG for Hood, 0.5 for Ojeyele.

It's safe to say Clippers are never going to get a point guard as long as Leonard and George are there. The only way they'll ever get a real point guard again would be to break up the dynamic duo. They're loaded on the wings, versatile wings to be clear. Small forwards who can play shooting guard, power forwards who can play center. But if you don't have a wing who can play point guard, you have an offense problem. Jackson can play the point, but his real position is shooting guard; he scores more than sets up. It's the Jamal Crawford problem all over again, a player being asked to do more than what he is capable of, regardless of how good or bad that extra skill is.

My prediction is Clippers will get Dragic on the buyout market, but his signing will feel more like a trial run than a play-in push. Same if they go for Wall, but there is tangible mutual interest between Wall and Clippers, and it all goes back to his Wizards days when he was vouching for George to leave Pacers to come play with him in Washington.

Yes, I'm saying it: Clippers are going to punt the season. I see them missing the playoffs, and the pick they gave to the Thunder, that's gonna be no. 1. Just like when they dumped a 1st round pick to Cavaliers just so they could get rid of Baron Davis who had become disinterested after Brand ditched them for 76ers (though to be fair, the evil Donald Sterling was still running things). That 1st round pick did go no. 1, and it got them Kyrie Irving.

Congratulations Chris Paul, you've won.

Excellent move for LAC. Ibaka is what he is and wont be re-signed for next year. Clips save 30mil in lux taxes and generate a 9.7mil TPE that could be used from now to the next trade deadline, which we 100% know the Clips will use.

Zubac and Hartenstein gets lot of PT to develop and increase their trade value. I'd aggressively to re-sign Hartenstein for cheap.

Also i'd aggressively try to trade Marcus Morris for Richaun Holmes (SAC needs a stretch 4 badly, to pair with Sabonis), re-sign RoCo. Sign/trade for the best PG we can get. By getting Holmes it frees up Zubac to be tradeable and having Hartenstein be primary backup.

C - Zubac?, Holmes, Hartenstein
PF- RoCo, Batum
SF- Kawhi, Powell, Mann
SG- PG13, Kennard
PG- RJax, MLE FA or TPE acquisition
Deep bench - Coffey, Boston Jr, Scrubb, Preston

Team just needs a starting quality PG and it's ready to rock.

Trade pieces for one would be Mann, Zubac, Powell, Kennard, and whatever is one the deep bench.

Dragic and Augustin are our choices right now. Maybe Schroeder if he’s bought out too.

Looks like we did our damage early with that Portland trade, which got everyone's hopes up for an even bigger splash at the deadline. But we have no draft assets to include in packages, and are still waiting on our two stars to get healthy.

It's a tricky situation right now, so maybe focusing on this summer was the best move. Just hope everyone on the squad settles down and we start winning a few games.

Could've been much worse:
